We want you to be happy with The Depth Engine. If Pro is not right for you, ipog offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How it works

• You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
• This applies to both monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions, including the first payment of a renewal cycle if you contact us promptly.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email gopi@ipog.pro and we will help.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. See the Terms of Service for details.
